Niobium is a soft, grey, ductile transition metal, which is often found in the pyrochlore mineral, the main commercial source for niobium, and columbite. An estimated 90% of niobium mined was used in high-grade structural steel. The second largest application is superalloys. Niobium alloy superconductors and electronic components account for a small share of the world production. The Niobium bar is for metallurgical purposes. TRM can offer various dimensions. The raw material is the niobium powder. Please contact us for more details.
Application: Used for super conductors, melted cast ingots and alloying agents. Special requirements to be agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer.
