You can send the ordersĀ to us by email, phone, or fax, and then we will send the order confirmation back to you.
All our providers have excellent reputation in the industry. Quality certificates will be provided with the products. Products with defects can be exchanged or returned within 30 days after delivery. However, if the reason for return is not a result of a TRM error, the cost of return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Customized items without defects cannot be returned.

Products in stock will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Customized product orders will be provided with estimated delivery dates.
Yes. For customized products, we will provide you the manufacturing schedule update timely after you place an order. The products will be inspected after production. Product pictures will be sent to you before shipping, if required.
