Tungsten heat shields are used in high temperature (2800℃ or less) vacuum furnaces. Due to the reflective properties of the tungsten sheet, the thermal radiation can reflect to the work piece at the center of the thermal field. Tungsten heat shields can be divided into tungsten up shields, tungsten side shields, and tungsten bottom shields.
