Hafnium Oxide Targets (HfO₂ targets) can be offered in the different shapes with purity up to 99.95% min., such as square targets, round targets, and rectangle targets. Various dimensions are available on request. Please contact us for more details. Generally, HfO₂ targets will be bonded to a copper backing plate. Bonding service is available on request.
